While the men were home minding the children  and the house, the women took in lectures and workshops, celebrated with friends and enjoyed a change of pace in the hub of Chabad’s headquarters in Brooklyn, NY.

 The International Conference  of Chabad Shluchos concluded Sunday night with a gala banquet where some 3500 women representing the Jewish communities in 84 countries convened at the Hilton Hotel in New York City. The banquet concluded following a roll call of all the countries represented by Chabad, as women took away new ideas, inspiration and energy before heading back to their respective, lifelong posts, in places as remote, geographically and Jewishly, as Tasmania, Vietnam, and Kinshasa.
